Outlook Email Signature Generator
Because email is the primary mode of communication both internally and externally, it is critical that a consistent email signature be used by all entities across the university. Please use the tool and instructions below to create and configure your university email signature. Email signatures for a specific office or division may be requested from Brand Management at contactus@okstate.edu.
How to add your signature
Cowboymail
- Visit https://cowboymail.okstate.edu
- Click the Settings button in the top right corner.
- Search for "Email signature".
- Paste the signature into the box and click Save.
Outlook desktop mail client
- Click "File" in the top left
- Select "Options"
- Select "Mail"
- Click "Signatures"
- Click "New"
- Enter a name for the signature and click "OK"
- Paste the signature into the box and click "OK".
The signature generator does not support Apple Mail.
