Outlook Email Signature Generator

 

Because email is the primary mode of communication both internally and externally, it is critical that a consistent email signature be used by all entities across the university. Please use the tool and instructions below to create and configure your university email signature. Email signatures for a specific office or division may be requested from Brand Management at contactus@okstate.edu.

How to add your signature

Cowboymail

  1. Visit https://cowboymail.okstate.edu
  2. Click the Settings button in the top right corner.
  3. Search for "Email signature".
  4. Paste the signature into the box and click Save.

 

Outlook desktop mail client

  1. Click "File" in the top left
  2. Select "Options"
  3. Select "Mail"
  4. Click "Signatures"
  5. Click "New"
  6. Enter a name for the signature and click "OK"
  7. Paste the signature into the box and click "OK".

The signature generator does not support Apple Mail.
